Decommissions
- Dismantling and removing cabins or modular buildings because the hire period is over or they are to be relocated.
Stacking
- Limited space on the ground? We can stack cabins or modular buildings on top of each other up to 4 or 5 storey high to create multi-levelled portable accommodation.
Linking
- We can also link cabins and modular buildings to create a larger, multi complex space.
Partition work
- We install and maintain partitions between modules to create corridors and other flexible spaces.
Total refurbishment
- Our staff have worked with many modular accommodation brands for years and are adept at bringing an older model up to scratch to make it useable again.
Emergency site repairs
- We’re on 24-hour standby, so in an emergency you know who to call.
Site set-up inspections
- We’re fully qualified to inspect sites before construction begins, making comprehensive site reports.
Health and Safety
- Health and safety is our number one priority. All of our staff are trained to meet individual site requirements including, SSST, Health and Safety Awareness and Working at Height.
Project management
- If you don’t need us to install or maintain anything ourselves, we’re more than happy to consult and manage your ongoing projects.
General maintenance
- If a cabin or modular building needs non-urgent repairs or total refurbishment our team of dedicated staff can keep it up to shape. Painting, plumbing, and general carpentry is all possible.
Containex
- We have undertaken specialised training to build from flat pack and install Containex units and have approved installer status.
